Delta Reign is the English counterpart to the Japanese set Storm Emeralda. It releases on 6 November 2026. The set mascot is Mega Rayquaza ex, card 084/103. Prerelease events run from 24 October to 1 November 2026, and Pokémon Center preorders opened on 30 September. The first English scans were revealed on 20 August 2026 and are shown below.

The set code is DLR. The main set is 103 cards, with 37 secret rares above it: 14 Illustration Rares, 17 Ultra Rares and 6 Special Illustration Rares. That gives 140 cards, and probably 141 with a gold Mega Hyper Rare: announcements for earlier Mega Evolution sets left theirs out too. The official announcement gives the figure as “over 135 cards”.

Delta Reign Card List

51 of 140 English cards revealed · latest 12 October 2026

Every English Delta Reign card shown so far, in set-number order: the main set first, then the secret rares from 104/103. Cards marked FR or ES use a French or Spanish scan until the English one appears; the number and rarity are the same. Cards not yet shown in English follow, from the Japanese set.

Main set: 40 of 103 cards revealed

Secret rares: 11 of 37 revealed

Delta Reign has 37 secret rares: 14 Illustration Rares, 17 Ultra Rares and 6 Special Illustration Rares. Eleven have been shown in English: nine Illustration Rares and two Special Illustration Rares, Raikou ex 136/103 and Aarune 139/103.

12 October 2026Magmortar 107/103, an Illustration Rare by Taiga Kasai51

The 5 October batch named the last Legendary Stadium: Legendary Pyroduct, translated as Legendary Lava Lake from the Japanese set. Enamorus 110/103 also confirms the English text of Incarnate Solidarity, the Ability it shares with Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus: with all four in play, each ignores the Colorless Energy in its attack costs.

Legendary Stadiums

Legendary Summit is a two-part Stadium. Cards 096/103 and 097/103 are separate Uncommons that cannot be played on their own — a player must combine two different Legendary Summit cards from hand to play them as one Stadium. The printed effect is that whenever a ★ Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from the opponent’s Pokémon, that player takes one fewer Prize card. Both halves share the same artwork by nagimiso, split across the two cards.

Legendary Summit is one of three Legendary Stadiums, the mechanic Delta Reign introduces. Each is a pair of Uncommon Stadium cards that share one illustration split across both halves, and both halves must be combined from hand to put the Stadium into play. A booster pack with a Legendary Stadium always holds both halves. The three pairs are Legendary Ocean Trench, Legendary Summit and Legendary Pyroduct, numbered 071/076 to 076/076 in the Japanese source set and 094/103 to 099/103 in Delta Reign. Legendary Pyroduct (094 and 095, illustrated by akagi) switches off the Abilities of every Evolution Pokémon in play, both players’. The two-cards-to-play requirement is a callback to the LEGEND cards of the HeartGold & SoulSilver era, which were also printed as top and bottom halves. See Connected Cards for how that earlier mechanic worked.

Expected from Storm Emeralda (not yet shown in English)

Delta Reign is the English release of the Japanese set Storm Emeralda (31 July 2026), so Storm Emeralda’s 76 main-set cards are expected to make up most of Delta Reign’s 103-card main set. The 42 Japanese cards below have not been shown in English yet. Cards are matched by name: once an English card with the same name is shown, the Japanese card leaves this list, which is why Raikou ex, Azurill, Enamorus and Magmortar are gone, as their English secret rares are out.

The images are the Japanese prints with their Storm Emeralda (SE) numbers; English numbering does not follow the Japanese list. All 113 Japanese cards are on the Storm Emeralda page.

Delta Reign Japanese Version

The Japanese Delta Reign set is Storm Emeralda (ストームエメラルダ), released in Japan on 31 July 2026. Storm Emeralda has a 76-card main set and 37 secret rares, 113 cards in total. Delta Reign has a 103-card main set and 37 announced secret rares: at least 140 cards, and likely 141 with a gold Mega Hyper Rare. Fifty-one English cards are confirmed so far: 40 main-set cards and 11 secret rares, the latest revealed on 12 October 2026. The full Japanese card list, with scans and secret rare prices, is on the Storm Emeralda page.

Delta Reign in Other Languages

Delta Reign is sold under a local name in Europe and Latin America. These are the official names from the Pokémon websites for each region. The short name is the one searchers use; the full name adds the series, Mega Evolution. Card numbers and rarities match the English set.

Delta Reign Prerelease Dates

Prerelease events run from 24 October to 1 November 2026 at local game stores, using the Build & Battle Box (it goes on general sale on 6 November too). That is the first chance to open Delta Reign cards, 13 days before general release. The countdown above tracks the general release.

Delta Reign Prerelease Promos

The four prerelease promos were revealed on 28 September 2026: Masquerain (MEP 111), Magmortar (MEP 112), Enamorus (MEP 113) and Kommo-o (MEP 114). Each Build & Battle Box holds a 40-card deck with one of the four as a foil promo, plus four Delta Reign booster packs and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. All four promos are new artworks of cards in the set, with the Delta Reign logo on the illustration.

Rayquaza in Delta Reign

Mega Rayquaza ex is the set mascot. Its English Double Rare is numbered 084/103, and it appears on the Elite Trainer Box and the booster pack artwork. In the Japanese source set it has three secret rare versions: a Mega Ultra Rare at 113/076, a Special Art Rare at 110/076 and a Super Rare at 095/076. Those three take three of the top four places in Storm Emeralda prices, so the English versions are the likely chase cards. English secret rares are numbered from 104; the English numbers of the three Rayquaza cards are not confirmed. Rayquaza’s last Mega cards were M Rayquaza-EX in the XY era, in Roaring Skies and Ancient Origins.

Delta Reign Chase Cards

Delta Reign cards are not priced yet, and only 11 English secret rares have been revealed: nine Illustration Rares and the Special Illustration Rares Raikou ex 136/103 and Aarune 139/103. English chase-card prices will be added here when the set releases on 6 November 2026. Until then, the Japanese source set Storm Emeralda is the best guide to what Delta Reign collectors will chase.

As of 3 October 2026, Mega Rayquaza ex holds the top two Storm Emeralda prices, with its Mega Ultra Rare 113/076 first and its Special Art Rare 110/076 second. The Mega Ultra Rare was about ¥69,800 at Yuyu-tei, a Japanese card shop, on 3 October 2026, and about $946 on TCGplayer’s Japanese market on 2 October; the Special Art Rare was about ¥39,800 and $324.

These are prices for the Japanese cards. English Delta Reign prices will differ, and a set this new moves fast — check current listings before buying or selling.

Delta Reign Pull Rates

Delta Reign’s own odds can only be measured once packs are opened in bulk after 6 November; TCGplayer published its studies of the last five main sets between 1 and 13 days after release. Until then the best guide is the last three English main sets, whose rates were almost identical.

Mega Hyper Rare (gold)1 in 1,7861 in 9561 in 1,0811 expected, not confirmed

Rates from packs opened by TCGplayer’s Authentication Center: 3,500+ of Perfect Order, 8,500+ of Chaos Rising and 4,000+ of Pitch Black. The Mega Hyper Rare figures rest on a handful of pulls each, so read them as roughly 1 in 950 to 1 in 1,800. Double and Ultra Rares come in the rare slot; Illustration and Special Illustration Rares replace the second reverse holo. The rates held in every main Mega Evolution set so far, though the special set Ascended Heroes was different.

The Japanese MEGA Starter Set ex decks (31 July 2026) have no English release. Some of their cards are in Delta Reign: Sprigatito, Floragato and Meowscarada ex are 012–014/103. The three decks, Eevee ex, Zoroark ex and Meowscarada ex, are covered on the MEGA Starter Set ex page. This section is updated as retailer listings confirm contents.

Storm Emeralda Secret Rares Coming to Delta Reign

The cards below are the Japanese full arts and secret rares likely to feature in Delta Reign. Mega Rayquaza ex is still the main feature, with three cards in this section. Delta Reign is the English release of the Japanese set Storm Emeralda, so its card list is expected to be built from the Storm Emeralda cards. These cards are numbered 077 to 113 in the Japanese set, the secret rare section that sits beyond its 76-card main set. It holds the Art Rares, the full-art ex cards and Trainers, three special Energy, and the Special Art Rares that close the set. The images are the Japanese prints. Eleven English secret rares have been shown so far (see the card list); English names, numbering and rarities for the rest are not confirmed.
