The Pokémon Company International has shown the Mega Rayquaza ex Premium Tournament Collection, out on 12 February 2027 for $49.99. Its promo is the full-art Mega Rayquaza ex that was left out of Delta Reign, numbered MEP 118.
It is also the first Pokémon TCG product with sleeves and a deck box made by Dragon Shield rather than Ultra PRO.

The promo cut from Delta Reign
In Japan, this Mega Rayquaza ex art is the Super Rare full art from Storm Emeralda (095). When the English list for Delta Reign came out on 23 October, it was one of three Japanese cards missing from the set. Now we know where it went: it is the MEP 118 promo in this box.
Delta Reign keeps its other two secret rare Mega Rayquaza ex cards: the Special Illustration Rare (138/103) and the gold Mega Hyper Rare (141/103).
The rest of the cards are Delta Reign Trainers in promo form. In the set they are Adventure Lantern (090/103), Legendary Summit (096 and 097) and Mega Rayquaza Cap (100/103), plus Zinnia’s Trust, the set’s last card (103/103). The promos’ own numbers have not been given.
Dragon Shield, not Ultra PRO
Pokémon TCG collections and Elite Trainer Boxes have carried Ultra PRO sleeves and deck boxes for years. This box carries Dragon Shield’s name on the front instead, and its 65 sleeves are Dragon Shield Matte Dual Art sleeves with a Rayquaza illustration. Dragon Shield is made by the Danish company Arcane Tinmen, and its matte sleeves are a common choice among tournament players.
Nothing has been said about whether other products will switch.
