The Set at a Glance
Storm Emeralda (M6) is the sixth Japanese expansion in the Mega Evolution era. It released on 31 July 2026. The base set runs to 76 cards, with 37 secret rares numbered 077 to 113: twelve Art Rares, eighteen Super Rares, six Special Art Rares and a single Mega Ultra Rare.
Mega Rayquaza ex is the set's headline card and takes three of the top ten places. Its Mega Ultra Rare at 113/076 is the only MUR in the set, and its Special Art Rare at 110/076 is second. Those two are the only cards in the set listed above ¥10,000.
Below them the set is flat. Raikou ex's Special Art Rare is third at ¥8,980, and everything from sixth place down sits inside a ¥500 band. The English version of this set, Delta Reign, is scheduled for 6 November 2026.
Prices are the lowest listed copy at Yuyu-tei, a Japanese card shop, on 6 August 2026. USD and GBP are converted at ¥157.6 to the dollar and ¥212.3 to the pound. A set one week old moves fast, so check current listings before buying or selling.

The Top 10, Counted Down
Golurk is a Ground/Ghost-type from Generation V. This is the fourth of the six Special Art Rares to make the top ten, and the only SAR listed lower is Aarune at 111.
Mega Golurk ex is also in the base set at 033 and as a Super Rare at 093.
Kecleon is a Normal-type from Generation III. Its Art Rare is the third-priciest of the twelve Art Rares, behind Kyogre and Groudon.
It is the last Art Rare by number: the run ends at 088 and the Super Rares start at 089.
Groudon is the Ground-type half of the same Hoenn pair, and its Art Rare is listed at the same ¥1,980 as Kyogre's.
Groudon's Art Rare was one of the first secret rares from the set to be shown publicly, in the pre-release pack opening on the official Pokémon Card Channel on 26 July 2026.
Kyogre is the Water-type Legendary of the Hoenn weather trio. Its Art Rare is the joint-highest priced Art Rare in the set, level with Groudon.
The two sell as a pair, and Storm Emeralda is the set that completes the trio next to Mega Rayquaza ex.
Golisopod is a Bug/Water-type from Generation VII. Mega Golisopod ex is one of the four Mega ex Pokémon in the set, alongside Rayquaza, Golurk and Malamar.
Its Special Art Rare is listed at the same price as the Kyogre and Groudon Art Rares below it.
A Supporter card featuring Zinnia, a character introduced in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. This is one of two Trainer Special Art Rares in the set.
Zinnia's Trust is printed three times in Storm Emeralda: the base version at 069, a Super Rare at 102, and this Special Art Rare at 112.
The Super Rare print of Mega Rayquaza ex, and the third Rayquaza card in the top ten. It is the cheapest of the three secret-rare Rayquaza prints by a wide margin.
For collectors who want the set's headline Pokémon without the SAR or MUR price, this is the entry point.
Raikou is a Lightning-type Legendary from Generation II. This is the highest-priced card in the set that is not a Mega Rayquaza ex.
Raikou ex also appears as card 024 in the base set and as a Super Rare at 092, both of which are far cheaper.
The Special Art Rare print of the same card, and the second Mega Rayquaza ex in the top three. It is the only card besides the MUR listed above ¥10,000.
Collectors who do not want to pay MUR money generally land here, which is why the gap between this card and third place is so wide.
The most valuable card in Storm Emeralda, and the only Mega Ultra Rare in the set. Rayquaza is a Dragon/Flying-type Legendary from Generation III and the card the set is built around. Card 113/076 is the last number in the set.
It is listed at more than twice the price of the Special Art Rare below it. Nothing else in the set is within ¥140,000 of it.
Just Missed the Cut
Talonflame ex (096/076, SR) — ¥1,280 ($8.12). The Super Rare print of the Fire/Flying-type from Generation VI. It is the highest-priced card outside the top ten.
Aarune (111/076, SAR) and Zinnia's Trust (102/076, SR) — ¥980 ($6.22) each. Aarune's Special Art Rare is the only SAR that does not make the list, and it is level with the Super Rare print of Zinnia's Trust.
Notes
Storm Emeralda's value is concentrated at the very top. The two Mega Rayquaza ex secret rares account for more than 90% of the combined value of the top ten, and the MUR alone is about two thirds of it. Ranks six to ten are separated by ¥500 in total.
Three of the ten cards are Mega Rayquaza ex prints and four are Special Art Rares. Two Art Rares, Kyogre and Groudon, are the only cards on the list that are not secret-rare versions of an ex or a Trainer, and they are listed at the same price. Every figure above is for an ungraded card in shop condition.
