Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration puts a Pikachu in every booster pack. There are 30 of them, each illustrated by a different artist, and each one is numbered twice on its card face — once in the ordinary set numbering, and once in a Pikachu-shaped marker that reads x/30. How the 30 are numbered
The 30 Pikachu are not a separate subset. They are numbered inside the main run, and each card shows both numbers: Ken Sugimori’s Pikachu is 01/30 and #017/103 in the Japanese printing, and in English the card numbered #028/128 also reads 06/30.
Across every English Pikachu revealed so far, the two numbers move together at a fixed distance — the set number is exactly 22 higher than the Pikachu number:

What that implies. If the offset holds for all 30, the complete Pikachu run occupies #023/128 to #052/128 — a contiguous 30-card block. It lands neatly: the next card up, #053/128, is the confirmed Pikachu ex day variant, so the block would end exactly where the Pikachu ex pair begins.
This is a pattern read off the 6 English cards revealed so far, not something The Pokémon Company has published. Treat the projected numbers on unrevealed slots as a best estimate until those cards are shown.
The Japanese printing uses its own numbering. It carries the set code M6a and runs to 103 numbered cards against 128 in English, so the Japanese set number for a given Pikachu will not match its English one — Sugimori’s card is #017/103 in Japanese but is projected at #023/128 in English.
Pulling the full set of 30
Every 30th Celebration booster pack holds 6 cards, all foil, and one of them is always a Pikachu. That makes the Pikachu the most reliable pull in the set and the hardest sub-collection to finish at the same time.

A sealed booster box holds 20 packs, so a single box cannot produce all 30 even with no duplicates at all. The Pokémon Company has not published per-variant odds for the Pikachu pool, so there is no published rate that makes completion certain at any quantity — two boxes is the arithmetic floor, not a guarantee. For most collectors singles will be the cheaper route to the ones that do not turn up.
