Futuristic rare
The teased opalescent finish has a name: Futuristic rare, illustrated by Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN, depicting Pokémon in striking forward-looking artwork. Born 1983. Work inhabits a space where nature and technology, light and matter, antiquity and future coexist — recently channelled into science-fiction visual research on colour, Earth and the Sun. Solo exhibitions include SUN at Tokyo's National Stadium (2023) and Radial Graphics Bio at Ginza Graphic Gallery (2024).
